Good but not perfect

Overall I'm quite happy with this office item. The quality is good and it does what I need it to do. There are a few minor things that could be improved - the instructions weren't super clear and it took me a bit to figure out how to use all the features. But once I got it set up, it's been working great. For the price, it's definitely a solid choice. I'd give it 4 stars because while it's very good, it's not quite perfect.

Save your money

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn others about this office item. It arrived two weeks late, and when it finally came, it was not at all what was advertised. The quality is absolutely terrible - it feels like a cheap knockoff. I tried using it for a few days but it just doesn't work properly. Multiple features are broken or don't function as described. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This has been a complete waste of money. I strongly advise looking at other options. Very disappointed and frustrated with this purchase.
