We deliver across Uganda. This policy explains how your order is processed, when to expect delivery, and how delivery fees are calculated.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- In most cases, orders leave our warehouse within a day of placing your order.
- During peak periods or for bulky items, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Notification
- You will receive an SMS notification with the estimated delivery time once your order ships.
- You can also track the status of your order from your account.
Delivery Timeframes
- Kampala CBD: same-day or next-business-day delivery.
- Kampala Region and Entebbe: 1–2 business days.
- Other regions of Uganda (Eastern, Northern, Western, and Rest of Central): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery Fees
- The exact delivery fee for your order is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and is shown to you before you confirm and pay.
- Free-delivery promotions, when active, are applied automatically at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible areas (Kampala Region and Entebbe). The option appears at checkout if your delivery address qualifies.
